Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, some meetings have been indefinitely postponed or relocated to a virtual platform. Every effort is being made to keep this website updated with new information, but because circumstances may change quickly, we encourage you to confirm current meeting arrangements before arriving.

Note from SA/S-Anon International Conference

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re getting as excited as we are for our upcoming Courage to Change SA/S-Anon Los Angeles International Conventions, which are now less than a month away!

We are pleased to announce that discounted Marriott hotel room rates have been extended until June 24, so be sure to book one of the 87 room nights remaining if you haven’t yet! The rate is $159 per night for single or double, $184 for 3 guests, and $209 for 4 guests, subject to availability and not including taxes and fees. You may also request the Convention discounted parking rate of $25 per day.

You can expect an email confirming your registration information within the next week. Convention registration with meals will remain available until Monday, June 24th. After that, registration rates will increase, and meals will no longer be available.

Be sure to come prepared for the Convention by checking out our online Booklet! It contains brief descriptions of all SA meetings, which will help with choosing what SA meetings a person may want to attend. It as well as our SA/S-Anon schedules are now published on our website at https://iclosangeles2024.com.

And speaking of meetings, we still need more meeting leaders! If interested, please email Greg B at gregalso1@yahoo.com. There is a 1-year sobriety requirement for leaders and a 90-day sobriety requirement for co-leaders. If you have already volunteered for a particular service position and haven’t yet received a follow-up email with more specific instructions, rest assured that we have your information and that you’ll be receiving an email with further information from a committee member soon!

We are also excited to announce that we will be hosting three Spanish language meetings: “Por qué nuestra definición de sobriedad?” & “SA también habla español” for SA, and “Estableciendo límites” in S-Anon. All three of these meetings will be held on Sunday.

Once you arrive, be sure to stop by our literature tables! There will be one for SA, one for S-Anon, and one for the Correctional Facilities Committee (CFC). Lee’s Tapes will also have a booth, if you’re thinking about purchasing any of the recordings you hear at the meetings.

If you have any questions regarding accommodations for Sabbath, temporary sponsors, our refund policy/deadline, or our pet policy, please refer to our FAQ at https://iclosangeles2024.com/faq/ If you have any other questions not addressed on the FAQ page, you can call Concierge at (626) 642-9223 or email them at concierge@icloseangeles2024.com

A note on special meetings and accessibility can be found below.

That’s all for now! We look forward to seeing you very soon!

What is Sexaholics Anonymous?

Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop lusting and become sexually sober. There are no dues or fees for SA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.

SA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization, or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes.

Our primary purpose is to stay sexually sober and help others to achieve sexual sobriety.*

Sexaholics Anonymous is a recovery program based on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and received permission from AA to use its Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions in 1979.
